What is LEM Verify?

LEM Verify is an online identity verification solution that Spotahome uses to verify the identity of our customers: tenants and landlords. 

The customers receive email and SMS with LEM Verify link so they can complete the verification in one click and the customer is asked to go through a liveness check and upload documents: ID/passport and proof of home address. This can be completed using any device with a camera: smartphone, computer, etc. 

We do these additional checks to enhance security in our marketplace for all our users.
