We will list your property based on the details you want, (what are your tenant policies, what are the utilities included in your home, what is your booking criteria based on the contract types, among all the details you can include).
Homecheckers visit the properties of prospective Landlords, take photos and videos, and other details in order to populate your listings on our rental platform*.
*The verification process can take place with a physical or virtual visit to the property. Our physical verification service is not applicable in Belgium.
The details are then uploaded to the platform, approved, and then published, so tenants across the world can search and book instantly.
Once a tenant places a Booking request we can jump on the booking process!
