What is the total amount I will have to pay for my stay?

Once you have entered your desired dates on the property page, you will be able to see the full payment schedule which includes the Spotahome booking fee, the deposit, the monthly rent and any admin fees charged by the landlord. 


Please note that the payment schedule does not include any utility bills charged separately by the landlord. Neither does it include any additional fees such as cleaning fees, late hours check-in, overnight guests etc.
