If you are experiencing issues with the Landlord Panel, here are a few of the most common issues that you may face and some things to try to resolve them:
What can I do if I can’t remember my password?
If you are unable to log in to the Landlord Panel because you have forgotten your password, you can try and reset by selecting the “Forgot Password?” in the Landlord Panel. You will then be asked to enter your email address and click the “Send Reset Link” button. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
What can I do if I am unable to see my listings in the Landlord Panel / I receive an error message?
First, try and refresh your browser to see if this resolves the issue. If not, try and log out of your Landlord Panel and then log in again. If the error still persists, you can try and delete the Cookies in your browser.
Please be aware that from time to time our team will be doing maintenance work on the Landlord Panel which can cause some temporary issues.
When I make changes in my Landlord Panel, they are not being applied. What can I do?
Please remember that any time you make changes within the Landlord Panel (e.g. to Price, Deposit, Bills etc.) these will only be applied if you click on the button that appears in each section. If you have any issues with these changes not being saved, please retry making the changes and saving them.
