What should I do if the landlord does not respond to my messages?
You can use the contact details provided in the booking confirmation email to get in touch with your landlords. We provide you with an email address and phone number at the time of booking confirmation and we recommend to send the landlord a first email with your booking details and copy of ID right away, so they can start to set up your lease agreement.
If a landlord is taking some time to respond, don't be too shy to give them a quick call or sending them a message via SMS or Whatsapp for a little follow-up. Especially larger property management agencies may take some additional time if they are busy organising the check-ins of tenants with a closer move-in date.
