If this happens, we recommend you to get in touch with Spotahome directly and not to accept the owner’s request, as Spotahome can only guarantee the security of the payment if the booking is made through the Spotahome platform and it remains active. If the landlord suggests you to cancel the Spotahome booking and book with them directly, please keep in mind that Spotahome’s guarantees won’t apply and we won’t be able to assist with any issues of your offline reservation with the owner.
