What are the next steps to organise my move-in?

Congrats, your booking has been confirmed and you can get ready to organise your move-in. 

You have now received a booking confirmation email with all details about the property and contact information of the landlords. Please make sure to reach out to them as soon as you can to arrange the details of your check-in.

The landlord may ask you to provide documentation, so they can set up the lease agreement. They should also give you instructions for the check-in, and give you instructions on how to pay the security deposit and any other fees that may apply.

We recommend you to send an email to them directly and include:
  • Your full name and booking ID, so even if they have a lot of bookings they can find you easily.
  • Your travel plans. On what day are you arriving? At what time? Are you taking a plane, car, boat, or are you maybe already living in the same city?
  • A copy of your ID, so they can start preparing your lease agreement.
