What type of properties can I list on Spotahome?
Spotahome allows you to publish many different types of properties to the online property portal:
Rooms in a shared apartment or house - These are properties where the tenant will rent a room (or share a room) in the property. You can list the property if you live in the property as well (Live in Landlord) or if you don’t live in the property but own / manage the property (Live out Landlord).
Studio - This property type is rented as an entire unit however does not have a separate bedroom. In most cases, the bedroom and the living area are in the same space.
Flat / Apartment - This property type is rented as an entire unit and the bedroom is separate from the main living area.
Student Accommodation - This property type is purpose built specifically for students. In many instances, there are also shared communal areas and other amenities.
Please note that to list these properties on Spotahome they must be furnished and there can be no children living in the property.
