Generally, the rental agreement is sent after the security deposit has been paid. 

However, this may depend on the landlord and their process.

If you are unsure of exactly when you should receive this document, we recommend that you contact the landlord to discuss this matter. 

Keep in mind that Spotahome is not part of the rental agreement as this is negotiated between the two parties, landlord and tenant.
