As a landlord using Spotahome, your first payment will be processed shortly after the tenant moves into your property. Here’s what you need to know about the timing and process of receiving your first payment.
The first 30 days rent (or first week rent for UK bookings) will be transferred to your bank account within 48 hours of the tenant's move-in date. This payment is made after Spotahome deducts its commission fee. To ensure timely paymen confirm that your bank details are correct and up-to-date in the Settings section of your Landlord Panel.
What should I do if I haven’t received the payment?
If it has been less than two working days since the tenant has checked in to the property, don’t worry, we will be transferring the payment to you soon. We recommend that you check your bank details are correct in the Settings section of the Landlord Panel to prevent any delays.
If it has been more than two working days since the tenant has checked in, we recommend first checking that your bank details are correct in the Landlord Panel. If these are correct, please be aware that the delay may be due to the time required for the bank to process the payment.
