Which price should I set for my property?
Setting the right price for your property is key to attracting tenants while maximizing your rental income. You can determine the best price for your listing on Spotahome by simply navigating to your Landlord Panel:
Step One - Find the listing you want to edit. The easiest way to do this is using the “Quick Find” search engine at the top of the page and search by address.
Step Two - Once you have found the listing you want to update, click on the "Edit" button on the right side.
Step Three - Select the "Prices" option to open the Prices module
Step Four - Below the "Monthly Rent" box, you will be able to see if the price you have set fits the recommended price range for the area. If the price is too high, a box with the recommended price will appear. Just click on "Apply advice" to set the price on your listing.
