Impact of the DAC7 regulation for you as a Spotahome Client
If you rent out your property through Spotahome, we will collect certain information about you and your earnings. This information will be reported to the Spanish tax authorities, which means your rental income will be visible to the tax office and subject to taxation.
The Spanish tax authority, known as AEAT, will share your data to other European countries if your property is located outside of Spain or you are a legal resident in another Member State.
