- Contact Spotahome: Reach out to Spotahome as soon as possible for assistance in making contact with the landlord. You can contact us through your Tenant profile.
Step 3: Spotahome Assistance
- Mediation: We can mediate with the landlord to help recover your funds and we can advise you on the next steps to take if the issue remains unresolved.
- Security Deposit guarantee: If you are eligible for the Deposit Protection Guarantee, let us know and we will open a claim.
