• Reach Out: Contact your landlord directly to inquire about the status of your security deposit refund.

Step 2: If You Don’t Receive an Update

• Contact Spotahome: Reach out to Spotahome as soon as possible for assistance in making contact with the landlord. You can contact us through your Tenant profile.

Step 3: Spotahome Assistance

• Mediation: We can mediate with the landlord to help recover your funds and we can advise you on the next steps to take if the issue remains unresolved.
  
• Security Deposit guarantee: If you are eligible for the Deposit Protection Guarantee, let us know and we will open a claim.
