What are contract types?

Each landlrod can will decide the type of Contract that will apply to their lsiting, being able to choose among the following types: daily, fortnightly or monthly. 

1. Daily: This type of contract calculates the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay. The tenant will pay the monthly rent for each whole month that you book, but the first and last month they will simply pay for the days that they stay. (Just like a hotel)

1. Fortnightly: Here, the tenantt pas  per Half Month booked. If the tenant moves in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only receive the second half. If they move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will receive the full month. Please bear in mind we calculate the first half from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and the second half from the 16th until the last day of the month.

1. Monthly: For this contract type you will always receive whole months' rent , regardless of the tenant's move-in and move-out date.

1. Regardless of the type of contract, the price shown on the website corresponds with the first 30 days of rent.
