What are Spotahome's cancellation policies for landlords?

If you are a landlord and you decide to proceed with the cancellation of a confirmed booking at any time after the booking was accepted, we will request the payment of the previously calculated commission as a cancellation fee, which will need to be submitted in a separate payment to Spotahome.

Please note that if you cancel a booking on the move in date or within 48 hours after the move in date you will be charged the commission due from the booking plus up to €/£ 300 to cover for the emergency accommodation costs for the tenant.
