Why is my new listing not published yet?

Why is my new listing not published yet?

If you’ve created a listing in your Landlord Panel and it hasn’t been published, here are the common reasons why and how to resolve them:

Pending Spotahome Review
All listings are reviewed by our team to ensure they meet quality standards, including verifying property details and photo quality. This process is essential to provide tenants with accurate and reliable information.

Missing or Incomplete Information
Your listing might have incomplete details, such as missing property address or description, or photos that don’t include all required rooms (e.g., bedrooms, kitchen).

Photo or Video Issues
Clear, high-quality visuals are essential. Make sure photos are bright, sharp, and show all key areas, and that videos, if included, provide a complete walkthrough of the property.

Verification Needed

We may need to confirm property ownership, authorization to rent, or compliance with local laws. If additional verification is required, we’ll contact you directly.

You can see the status of your listings in the Landlord Panel:

  1. Published means your listing is live
  2. Unublished could mean either:
    1. The listing was once published, but it has been unpublished following your request
    2. The listing maybe still under review from the team
    3. The listing is incomplete (it will show a "draft" button next to it)

If your listing is still not live after reviewing these steps, contact our support for assistance. We’re here to help!
