Does Spotahome provide a guarantee for the deposit?

Spotahome provides a Deposit Protection guarantee included with the booking fee you pay when making a reservation, so there's no need to pay for any extra guarantee. If your landlord does not return your deposit for an invalid reason, Spotahome will cover the full deposit amount as stated on the listing page.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the Deposit Protection guarantee, tenants must:

  1. Submit visual evidence (photos or videos) of the property's condition within 48 hours of check-in.
  2. Adhere to the original conditions of the rental contract.
