How can I cancel my booking?

You can request the cancellation of a confirmed booking directly from your profile. Go the section "My Bookings" and go to "Cancel Booking". You will see the applicable cancellation policies and will be asked to confirm. 

Please consider that it may take a while for your request to be processed, you will receive a confirmation as soon as the cancellation has been finalised on Spotahome's end. However, don't worry if the amount you are entitled for refund is about to change, we will take the date on which you requested the cancellation in consideration.
