You can request the cancellation of a confirmed booking only through your Tenant Panel.
This ensures the correct cancellation conditions and timeframes are applied, including the 24-hour grace period after booking confirmation.
Cancellations must be requested from your Tenant Panel.
You’ll be asked to select a reason and, if you wish, add more details.
Before confirming, you’ll see how your payment will be handled for that booking.
After submitting your request, you’ll receive an email confirming your cancellation request, and our team will proceed with the cancellation.
Once your booking is confirmed, a 24-hour grace period starts.
During this 24-hour window:
You can cancel the booking from your Tenant Panel.
You receive a full refund of the first month’s rent.
Any other charges are handled according to the applicable terms and policy.
After the grace period ends, any cancellation is handled under the standard cancellation policy, based on how many days remain until the check-in date.

Log in to your Spotahome account.
Go to “My bookings” in the side menu.
Select the booking you wish to cancel.
Click “I want to cancel my booking”.
Choose the reason for your cancellation from the drop-down list.
Use the “Tell us more” / “Additional details” field if you want to provide extra information.
In the section “About your cancellation”, review how your payment will be handled.
Click “I want to cancel my booking” to submit your request.
Requesting your cancellation from the Tenant Panel:
Records the exact date and time of your request.
Ensures the correct cancellation policy is applied, including the 24-hour grace period after the booking is confirmed.
Allows our team to review your case more efficiently, as all booking details and your selected reason are already linked to your profile.
Our agents are available to help and answer questions, but they will always guide you to complete the cancellation directly through your Tenant Panel, as this is the official and most reliable process.

Once you confirm the cancellation in your Tenant Panel, you will receive an email confirming that your cancellation request has been submitted.
Our team will then proceed with the cancellation in line with our policies and internal checks.
