For Plus and All-in bookings, it is possible to pay the full rent amount in advance. Please get in touch with our Customer Support and we will assist you to set up the payment.
Can Spotahome send me an invoice for my rent collection payments?
Spotahome cannot generate invoices for your rent collection monthly payments, as Spotahome is only transacting the money to the landlord. If you need an invoice for your rent collection payments, please ask directly to your landlord
I still receive reminders for payment method activation after my booking has been cancelled

I want to register a card/SEPA Mandate under a different name, can I do it?
Yes, you can do that, but make sure you have authorization from the owner of the card/bank account.
I want my rent to be collected via bank transfer, can I do it?
We do not accept bank transfer as a payment method. For rent collection payments, we only accept SEPA Direct Debit or a non-EEA Card (with a 4% processing fee) as payment methods.
My bank account is not supported for SEPA Direct Debit mandate
